Shipping information

For items in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours on business days. For personalized products, shipping takes a little longer due to production time. However, we strive to ship your order within 3 days at the latest. Shipping is done Monday to Friday via DHL. Please note that all orders (except for invoice purchases) can only be processed after payment has been received.

Delivery times at a glance

Our delivery times vary depending on the product group:

• Delivery time for stock items : 2-4 business days (excluding Saturdays)
• Production goods : 2-4 business days (excluding Saturdays)

Please note that the stated delivery times only apply after receipt of payment (except for purchase on account).

Delivery times to foreign countries may be delayed by up to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays).
